It's that time of the year again, Happy Hacktoberfest!

We're happy you've gotten over your initial hiccups by now, and are starting to make meaningful contributions to projects you love.  For those of you whose journey in open source won't end with October, and are wondering "Where do we go now?",  we've brought in 2x GSOCer to talk about levelling up from getting your first 4 pull requests merged  to contributing to production level projects.
